Founded in 2009, the Foundation Year program helps students transition to university life and maximize their potential at Northeastern. It offers a rigorous year-one curriculum, personalized academic resources, and support from writing specialists, math tutors, peer networking, and dedicated advisors. Students who meet the grade and GPA requirements after completing the program can continue their degree at Northeastern in one of its undergraduate colleges or the College of Professional Studies.
