At Voices of Change, our mission is to embody the principles of servant leadership by serving and positively impacting our community. We are committed to self-improvement, striving to become the best versions of ourselves as we navigate our educational and professional journeys in criminal justice and more. By fostering a positive dynamic and building connections with one another, alumni, and professionals in law and the justice system, we aim to promote expanding knowledge and academic excellence within our field of study.

We are dedicated to strengthening and supporting each other as we progress in our educational and professional careers, recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities that black women face in these fields. Additionally, we are passionate about spreading awareness about the political and social issues that plague our society and the world, and we take proactive action to address them.

With our collective voice and leadership, we strive to enact meaningful change and empower black women to lead the way in shaping a more just and equitable future for all people of color.
