The purpose of this fund is to provide support for the priorities of the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program. WGSS is an interdisciplinary program that draws from humanities, arts, social sciences, and the natural sciences to explore how culture shapes gender and sexuality as well as how gender and sexuality intersect with identities like race, class, national origin, age, and disability. Students and faculty in the department add to the growing body of knowledge in these areas through interdisciplinary research.
