The purpose of the fund is to support special programming of the Torch Scholars Program. The fund may be used to support such expenses that include but are not limited to: travel and lodging for educational trips, technology costs for coursework, and travel assistance for long-distance co-ops. Scholarships will not be awarded out of this fund.
